- Vespel® S Line – First in the Vespel® family of products – highly durable polyimides that deliver exceptional wear resistance, insulation and a low coefficient of friction.
- SP-1 is one of these products with operating temperatures from cryogenic
to 300C and excellent plasma resistance.
- Vespel® TP Line – An innovative thermoplastic material with superior wear properties, chemical and temperature resistance.
- TP-8005 is one of the TP products, a translucent polyimide product for
semiconductor and high-purity applications
- Vespel® CR Line – Designed for tough chemical environments, Vespel® CR can provide ultra-high purity, high-creep resistance and resistance to conventional wear and corrosion.
- CR-6100 is a Teflon® PFA product, reinforced with high-tensile strength
carbon fiber and offers excellent chemical resistance to bases and solvents.
- Vespel® CP Line – A family of fiber-reinforced polymers that exhibit excellent strength-to-weight ratios.
- CP-0644, -0648 & -0650 – Washers that are lighter-weight than aluminum.
Bushings ideal for high temperature, high-friction, oxidative environments.
- Vespel® ASB Line – This carbon graphite family of ASB parts offers good wear life under high compressive load and temperatures. High-strength polymers with metal backbones – designed for the hottest applications.
